To perform every customization given below, you must start Internet Explorer, Go to Tools Menu and Click "Options..." item and click to "Advanced" tab. It looks as in the picture shown bellow..
Internet Explorer : Turning OFF Images
By default, Internet Explorer displays all Pictures of all types including .gif, .jpg, .png and .art images. This display process takes some additional time to download the pictures and render them on the screen. If you are in a hurry to see your information and there is no need for you to see any picture on the web page, you can disable displaying picture in Internet Explorer.
To enable picture loading, Turn on (i.e. check) the "Show Pictures" and click "OK" button. After that, click "Refresh" button to load all the pictures which are currently not loaded by Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer : Turning OFF Animations
Turn On/Off : Play Animations in web pagesSpecifies whether animations can play when pages are displayed. Pages that contain animations are sometimes displayed very slowly. If you want to display pages more quickly, make sure this check box is cleared.
When this check box is cleared, you can still play an individual animation by right-clicking the icon that represents the animation and then clicking Show Picture.
