Improving System Performance Tips and Tricks

Most of my computers are older Pentium III's and Celeron systems. Typically they are equipped with 128mb of primary memory(aka RAM). This low RAM use, causes the Windows XP installation to start crawling when using even very small applications. Even booting and starting the desktop is a pain in the a**. I think it is common pc problem which is faced by almost every old pc user.

These tips and tricks will help you ease this situation by removing the unnecessary fancy looks and tools, services from XP installation, so that you can get that extra performance to have a normal working pc.

I am now adays in some really damn big problem.
It all started when my younger brother(damn) copied a game he obtained from my cousin.
Ok, game went well but my computer is certainly in trouble.
The file "runonce.exe" starts with my pc.although i try to stop it with my "startup monitor", it does,nt work.
The file creates "outlook express mail message" named "readme.eml"
whenever i delete "runonce.exe" from system32 folder in windows directory, it comes back.
main problem lies in the fact that i have FORMATTED C drive twice but the file still comes back and starts its activity---------->creating "readme.eml"
I DONT FIND A SOLUTION EXCEPT TO REPLACE MY HARD-DIsk.Because the file has even created readme.eml in my second 10 GB hard-disk.
SO Can u help me guys.
so if i purchase a new hard-drive, does it have a chance of going into that too ?
