Quick launch tool bar is a very handy tool bar which helps in displaying very frequently used programs icons. For example, You are typing a boring word document and would like to do it with some background music. Now, instead of going to Start => All Programs => Win Amp => Win Amp player, you can just click the WinAmp icon from quick launch tool bar!
By default, Windows will have Quick launch bar turned on. But, some times while dragging or re adjusting other toolbars, we will displace or close quick launch tool too.
Now, to turn On the quick launch tool bar, follow these steps..
1. Close all open programs and windows.
2. Right click any where on task bar. This opens a short cut Menu(Refer the picture bellow).
3. Go to "Tool bars" Menu item, This shows its Sub Menu.
4. Now you can see there, the "Quick Launch" item is Unchecked(Turned off). Refer the picture bellow.
5. Click the "Quick Launch" item to turn it ON.
Now, you can observe that the Quick Launch Menu besides the Start button is displayed back.
