how to disable computer password?

I have a old computer which is gifted me by my brother. My problem is every time i start my computer it asks me to enter password. After giving the password only, windows starts loading. It is really annoying for me to enter it every time.
How can i disable this password protection? I dont know much about computer hardwares. Is there any easy method for this?
btw, it is a pentium 3 computer.

It means that, your BIOS user password is set by somebody(probably your brother). You can deactivate the System password by going to CMOS setup, When you start your computer.
When the computer starts, Press DEL or F2 or F10 to enter into your computer BIOS. Usually, In advanced BIOS features section You need to set Security Control to "Setup" or "Disabled".
After that, Save the changed setttings and Restart your computer. If you have done everything correctly, Your Computer will have no password the next time onwards.
